Four days and an experience I will never forget

I have spent the last 3 years heavily dedicated to healing the rift between men and women; teaching devotional dynamics and embodied relating.

Last week's Couples Retreat took it to an entirely new level.

Four days, an intimate group, residential and fully catered, slow, spacious and deeply heart-led.

By the end of the first evening the couples were already having moments of 'wow' — as they dropped into presence, love and clothed intimacy together.. and we were just warming up.

Day by day we took them deeper. Theory, raw conversations, practices, rituals, laughter and so much tenderness.

We shared meals together, all freshly prepared onsite by Chad from Community Table.

We enjoyed the crackling of the fireplace at night and the steady thrum of rain outside for the entire duration of our stay.

By night we explored rituals of honouring; from the women to the men, then the men to the women.

Hearing the men speak of how deeply this part touched them; that they had never been honoured in that way by their partners was profound.

Teaching in intimate containers is not something I just do.. More and more I'm realising it's who I am.

And best of all, at this Retreat I was not alone...

I had a wonderful support team and stellar co-facilitator by my side (who is just as passionate about this path as me).

After spending this amount of time with the couples it was an honour to watch their relationship dynamics unfold, hear their challenges and offer them real life tools and practices to enhance their love.

Infact, it felt totally effortless.

Michael and I work together with a synchronicity that is hard to explain.

A dance of yin and yang without force.

Honestly, I feel my most passionate, purpose-led and joyful when I am facilitating experiences like this. Watching each couple continue to open, cry together, talk about hard things, stop blaming and start understanding each other..

That was pure gold.

For my heart, for my soul and for my deep knowing of what is possible.

I continue to be deeply committed to helping women repair and deepen their union with masculine men — in sacred, safe and devotional ways. This is the thread that runs through every body of work I offer.

The couples retreat showed me once again that when a woman celebrates her gifts and comes back home to feminine truths, the man in her life feels it immediately. And he wants to rise for her even more.

This is exactly what we explore in my women's work.

If something in this is calling you, the door is opening this Sunday on my newest women's program - Faces of Shakti.

Passionately yours
