Most people are not ready for the love they say they want

I truly believe that Sacred Union is a portal to our best selves, but getting there is often a big initiation.

True union will ask literally EVERYTHING of you:

The death of your ego,

A dissolving of the walls you hide behind,

A facing of your shadows, fears and projections.

It will bring you to your knees and open you in ways you never dreamt possible – but you will certainly know you are a better human for it.

Love that truly changes us for the better is so much more than the hot, lustful, trauma-laden stories we see in film, books and media.

Deep secure healthy love is gentle, safe and steady.

And it is also real, grounded and uncomfortable at times.

Entering into a sacred partnership means taking on the other as a sacred mirror and that my friends, is where the real work begins.

However, this kind of love requires both partners to move through a crucible within themselves first before they can fully step into healthy union.

Aka: the Hero / Heroine’s quest: What this looks like:

When a woman is still in her shadow aspects, she may play out patterns of seduction, manipulation and need.

Like a wounded maiden, she wants to be saved by her prince, but doesn’t realise that HE is not the real saviour.

She must become her own.

To walk through fire, face her demons and become a woman capable of holding herself without collapse.

Only then can she choose to let Him hold her without burden.

For the man still in his shadow self, he often sings the song of freedom.

He seeks independence so he is not weighed down by the burden of other people’s needs. But when he truly meets himself and slays his inner dragons, he learns that his inner feminine requires loving, tending, presence and safety in order to thrive.

Once he meets this tender part of himself, he discovers the path to ultimate freedom is actually found through loving a woman so deeply that he feels empowered, purpose-filled and stronger when he is in service to their expansion.

When both move beyond their personal wounds and collective stories and find union within themselves, everything shifts. Suddenly it’s not about being IN love or needing another person to complete us.

But in order to arrive there, many dreams fantasies and illusions must first shatter.

It becomes about being in service to the portal of love, and doing that through the person standing in front of us.

Choosing them again and again, every single day.

Choosing love as a vehicle, not love as a need.

This small but powerful shift changes everything.

From there, the second crucible can be walked together: the crucible of Union.

This journey requires many more deaths of the ego as we begin welcoming of the parts of ourselves we cannot fully meet in isolation.

When you have a sacred counterpart, and when that relationship is approached from a place of what we can give and explore together instead of what we can get .. something deep unlocks.

She softens from pleasure, not from collapse.

He strengthens from desire, not from expectation.

Together they find their way as sacred mirrors that enhance each others lives in a way words can never capture.

Real love - the healthy, interdependent, secure kind - is the most powerful healing force on the planet.

And it will ask everything of you.

So few are willing to pay the price to enter the true “Kingdom of Heaven.”

But those who do know it was worth every breath, every tear, every drop of sweat.

Union forged between two people who have done their work is a force that can and will heal this planet. This is what I live, teach and what I’m here to be in service to.
