Reflections | Her submission

On Friday night I guided a beautiful group of women to explore power exchange dynamics at Her submission.

Femme only spaces are beyond magical!!

The softness in the room, the sense of vulnerability with less armouring present, and while so many women were nervous they were also very brave.

You see submission is not simply about following instructions..

At its deepest level it's about giving ourselves over to another, to be lovingly directed and held, so that if we choose, we can SURRENDER.

And simply FEEL.

On Friday night I witnessed many women surrender - because it felt good for them to do so.

The sacredness of this work and it's capacity to unearth deep places in our psyche and somatic system, is beyond humbling.

It gets me, every single time.

And that's also part of what fuels me to keep going. To keep on showing up. To keep creating spaces that are a little bit more magical, refined, lovingly tended and deeply devotional.

Sacred sexuality and intimacy work is one of the most beautiful ways I know to remember our innate nature..

That we are divine beings having a human experience.

Long may that continue to be so.
