Ladies, we were never meant to do it all alone.
More and more I am feeling how deeply we as women need each other right now.

In a world that keeps speeding up, digitizing everything and pulling us out of our senses, something vital is being lost.

The power of community.
The power of sisterhood.
The gift of knowing that we are not alone.
Being reminded to trust our bodies, our intuition and to lean into the strength of tribe.

When we remember this, we can pause and slow down.
Feel. Be held in presence by other women.

For generations, women gathered.
We sat in circle.
We sang, we cooked and we tended the village, together.

Now so many of us are doing life alone.
Holding so much.
Getting through each day without a place to soften.
And it can be exhausting because we are not built for this kind of isolation.

We need a regular place to gather as women away from our men, purely as feminine beings.

Because true safety doesn’t come through force, it comes through presence.
Moment by moment.
Breath by breath.
Being in full permission to cherish our body as the temple.

This is why I am re-opening something I gently paused late last year...

Body of Love.
A monthly women’s virtual circle.

A devotional space to come back into the body, together as women.
A place to explore relational conversations and gently unravel all that we carry, through simple feminine embodiment.

Each gathering is guided by what’s alive in the group.
We slow down.
Breathe.
Soften.
Feel.
And most of all, come home into our sensual, divine bodies.

Whether you’ve worked with me before or you’re feeling the quiet pull from the edges, this circle is open to you.
All women. All ages. All levels.
Together, in community.
