You love each other… so why has the spark faded?

Thriving long term union requires a few simple foundations: compatibility, attraction, and shared direction.

But over time, something subtle happens... our needs and attention shift. And without realising it, we often begin to fall into sameness.

Same routine. Same roles. Same dynamic, day in, day out.

We stop courting or surprising each other.

And we stop feeling the difference that once created that delicious, powerful pull of desire.

It’s almost culturally accepted that sexual attraction fades in long-term love.

But the truth is - that's usually just a symptom. Too much monotony will flatten and reduce the arch of polarity that flows.

Polarity is the experience of contrast, and contrast or being different to each other is what creates attraction in the first place.

Many couples try to fix this by adding novelty through tantra, kink dress-ups, or role play… but the real remedy isn’t adding more elaborate experiences. It’s restoring the organic differences that were always there, yet faded over time.

Its worth acknowledging that polarity is not EVER about performance — and anyone who tells you that is missing the deeper truths of this beautiful ancient science.

At its core, it’s about celebrating, amplifying and playing with the physical and energetic differences between you:

Man and woman.

Leader and follower.

Masculine and feminine.

Yang and yin.

A simple place to start is choosing to date each other again... Make time. Dress up. Get excited. Do new things with an open mind and no distractions.

But of course, it is also much more nuanced than that.
